摘要
提出了一种分析摆线针轮行星传动中针齿与摆线轮齿间啮合力的新方法。该法综合考虑了摆线轮齿形修正、轮齿弯曲与接触变形因素的影响,较之现有的一些方法,本文方法简单可靠、便于应用。
A new method is proposed for analysing the meshing force exerted between the pin teeth and the cycloidal gear teeth in the course of the cycloidal pin gear epicyclic transmission. This method gives a comprehensive consideration of the effects of the cycloidal gear teeth shape correction and the teeth bending as well as the factors of the contact deformation. As compared with some existing ones, this method(mentioned in the paper)is simple, reliable and convenient in use.
