黄连素制剂中盐酸小檗碱含量测定的一种新方法

摘要 提出了用间接原子吸收法测定黄连素制剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的新方法。基于在酸性介质中和室温时,盐酸小檗碱与〔(Co(SCN)〕2-形成稳定的离子对缔合物,在0.51μg/mL~5.80μg/mL范围内,吸光度与浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,该方法的检测限为0.02μg/mL,变异系数为1.5%(n=11)。用于黄连素制剂的测定,平均回收率为(99.2±1.6)(SD)%(n=12)。 A new atomic absorption spectrometric method for the indirect determination of berberini hydrochloridum in berberine perparation was proposed. The method is based on which berberini hydrochloridum and Co(SCN) 4 2- form a stable ion pair associate complex in citric acid medium (pH=2.0) at normal temperature. The calibration curve is linear over the range of 0.51 mg/mL~5.80 mg/mL ( r =0.999 8). the detection limit is 0.02 μg/mL, and the coefficient of variation is 1.5% ( n =11), the method has been used to determine berberini hydrochloridum in the pharmaceutical preparations, and the average recovery is (99.2±1.6)( SD )%, In the new method, the result of determination is the same as description in Chinese Medicine Dictionary.
