摘要
介绍了加拿大前沿技术研究中心和美国部分石油公司在井下油水、气水分离系统方面的研究成果与动态,以及现场应用效果。井下油水分离技术是在井下实现油和水的分离,把分离出的水重新注入到地层中,减少采油过程中的能量消耗和污水回注所需费用,同时有利于保护环境。文中也指出这项技术还需进一步改进和完善。
This paper introduces some research achievements, trends and field tests of downhole oil (gas) -water separation system in Canada and USA respectively. The downhole oil(gas) -water separation technology keeps oil separate from water in downhole. Separated water is reinjected to formation. In the process of production it can decrease expenditure of energy and cost of produced-water reinjection. It is of benefit to environmental protection, although this technique must be improved and perfected.
