奥比沙星纳米脂质体制备工艺及处方优化研究 被引量:8

摘要 制备奥比沙星纳米脂质体,并考察主要影响因素。采用薄膜-超声分散法制备奥比沙星纳米脂质体。以单因素考察制备奥比沙星纳米脂质体的配比和工艺条件,通过正交设计优化配方。制得的纳米脂质体为圆整的类球形实体粒子,平均粒径为96.4 nm±37.5 nm,包封率为89.36%、90.43%、89.75%。结果表明,采用薄膜分散-超声法制备奥比沙星纳米脂质体方法简便可行。 To prepare orbifloxacin nano-liposomes and investigate the main influencing factors,the orbifloxacin nano-liposomes were prepared by thin-film method and nanometrie liposomes were obtained by ultrasonic wave. The main factors affecting orbifloxacin nano-liposomes quality were investigated by single factor exploration. The satisfactory formulation was optimized by the orthogonal design. The results showed that the nano-liposomes were sphere-like with the mean size of 96.4 nm±37.5 nm. The encapsulation effieiency was 89.36% ,90. 43% ,89.75%, respectively. The results showed that thin-film method and nanometric liposomes were obtained by ultrasonic wave for the preparation of orbifloxacin nano-liposomes,and the methods are simple and feasible.
