DWI应用于宫颈癌放化疗疗效观察19例分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨扩散加权成像(diffusion-weighted MRI,DWI)在宫颈癌放化疗疗效观察的临床应用价值。方法收集宫颈癌术后盆腔淋巴结复发19例,均行化疗及盆腔外照射。治疗前后均行常规T1WI(T1-weighted imaging),T2WI(T2-weighted imaging)及DWI扫描,并计算病灶的表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值。结果DWI序列对病灶的显示优于常规T1WI、T2WI。所有病灶治疗前ADC值均下降,治疗后好转病灶ADC值升高。结论DWI技术对宫颈癌放化疗疗效观察具有临床意义。
