摘要
发展绿色经济是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的重要基础。开发绿色技术，推动绿色经济的发展，是实现可持续发展，解决资源与环境问题的必然选择。本文阐述了绿色技术与绿色经济的涵义，论述了绿色技术创新对绿色经济的推动作用，分析了绿色技术创新面对五个方面的难点问题．提出了开发绿色技术、促进绿色经济发展的几点建议。
Developing green economy is the basis of constructing a resource--efficient and environment--friendly society. Developing green technology and promoting green economy is the inevitable choice to achieve sustainable development and resolve the issues of resources and the environment. This article describes the meaning of the green technology and the green economy,analyses the problems of the green technological innovation in five areas. The paper also puts forward some advices of developing green technology and promoting green economy development.
