摘要
目的观察中药安肺益肾方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠模型肺气道重建的影响。方法采用熏香烟加气管内注入内毒素法制造慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠模型,检测连续熏烟造模四周后空白对照组、模型组、氨茶碱组、安肺益肾方大中小剂量组的肺组织匀浆中基质金属蛋白酶2、9及组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1的含量。结果安肺益肾方有显著降低肺组织匀浆中基质金属蛋白酶2、9及组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1的作用,优以中剂量组明显。结论安肺益肾方具有抑制慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠模型肺基质的生成和重构作用。
Objective To research effect on pulmonary airway remodeling in COPD rats by Anfeiyishen-Recip. Methods After setting up the rat COPD model by fuming by cigarettes and infused endotoxin to their tracheas. Four weeks later, Examing MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in Lung tissue homogenate of the normal group , model group , Aminophylline group, large dose group of Anfeiyishen-Reeip, moderate dose group of Anfeiyishen-Recip and small dose group of Anfeiyishen-Recip. Results Anfeiyishen-Reeip can obviously reduce MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1. The best group is the moderate dose group of Anfeiyishen-Recip. Conclusion Anfeiyishen-Recip has effect on Inhibition pulmonary airway remodeling in COPD rats.
