摘要
科技创新与进步是改善并调整中国农业经济增长方式、提高农民综合素质、实现中国农业现代化、实现农业可持续发展的重要保证。此文对科技进步与创新在社会主义新农村建设中的重要作用、存在问题以及相关措施进行了阐述。
Advancement and Innovation of science and technology can provide guarantee for the improvement and modulation for mode of economic increase, improvement of all-around development of farmer, modernization of agriculture and sustainable development of agriculture. Function, problem and solution method was related in this paper.
