面铣刀铣削表面微观几何形貌仿真 被引量:2

摘要 应用计算机仿真可以预测被加工表面微观几何形貌和表面粗糙度,为切削参数及刀具的合理选择提供依据。以面铣刀为研究对象,通过建立了面铣刀加工数学模型,给出了面铣刀铣削表面微观几何形貌仿真算法,并开发了相应的铣削表面形貌仿真系统。基于该仿真系统,研究了面铣刀铣削参数及刀具几何角度对被加工表面微观几何形貌及粗糙度的影响规律,得出了对一些对实际加工具有指导意义的结论。 The micro geometrical texture of surface and the surface roughness can be predicted by the computer simulation. And the machining data and the cutter can be reasonably chosen by the simulation. With the face milling cutter as example, the mathematic model of milling by a face milling cutter was established and the simulation algorithm of the micro geometrical texture of the milling surface by a face milling cutter was proposed Then the simulation system of the micro geometrical texture of the milling surface was developed Based on the simulation system, the law of the micro geometrical texture of the milling surface effected by milling parameters and tool geometrical parameters was investigated. And some valuable conclusions were obtained from the simulation.
