摘要 禽流感(Avian Ifluenza,Al)是由禽流感病毒(Avian Influenza Virus,AIV)引起的一种传染病,也是当今全球范围内严重危害养禽业的禽病之一。早期研究认为水禽不容易感染禽流感,所以对水禽的禽流感防治没有给予足够的重视。随着禽流感病毒的不断变异和研究的不断深入,人们发现鸭不仅已成为禽流感的易发种群,而且成为散播禽流感病毒的重要传染源。本文综述了禽流感病毒对鸭的致病性变化、致病性特征以及鸭在禽流感传播中作用,并针对我国养鸭中存在的问题提出了对策建议。 Alan Ifluenza (AI) is a infection disease caused by Aian Ifluenza Virus(AIV), and AI is one of diseases which is threatening poultry industy in the world widely. It was reported that the waterfowls weren' t sensitive to the AI in previous researches, so it wasn' t think highly of AI in waterfowls. But with the mutation of the AIV and deeply investigation, it was reported that duck was not only a sensitive population to AIV, but also a important infective agent of AIV. So this paper was provided an overview on pathogenicity variation and characteristics of AIV in ducks and the role of ducks on the spreading of AIV, and also some strategies on duck industry in our country.
