This article focuses its discussion on the application and specified technical programs of GSM-R in CTCS stage 3 for the train operating control system. Beginning with the interface of GSM-R in CTCS 3 train control system, this article discusses a series of technical programs, including the interface relations of GSM-R in CTCS 3 system application, the communication establishment and reliable switch, wireless network coverage, communication security. With the help of GSM-R system, a variety of problems existing in the CTCS 3 application of the high-speed railway train control are effectively solved, this system could achieve a perfect combination and enter the stage of actual application.
