多层螺旋CT与冠状动脉造影对心肌桥的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与冠状动脉造影(CAG)对心肌桥的诊断与比较。方法运用MSCT和冠状动脉造影对63例患者进行比较,经CT室及CAG医师判断心肌桥(MB)情况,并对MB进行血管形态学分析,判断两种方法对MB判断的差异与不同。结果双盲法MSCT发现MB23例25处(占36.5%),CAG发现MB9例11处(占14.3%),MSCT对冠状动脉节段迂曲、成角处有一定优势,两种方法比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论MSCT比CAG较容易发现MB,尤其在冠状动脉节段迂曲、成角处有明显优势。 Objective To compare the feasibility of 64 - slices computed tomography (MSCT) versus coronary angiography (CAG) for identification of myocardial bridges (MB). Methods 63 patients were diagnosed as having MB by MSCT or CAG. The data were statistically analyzed using x^2 - square test. Results 25 MB in 23 patients were detected by MSCT, 11 MB in 9 patients were detected by CAG, the difference between the two modalities is significant statistically ( P 〈 0.05). The tortuous coronary was demonstrated by MSCT. Conclusion MSCT is outperformed the CAG in detecting of MB, especially with the coronary tortuosity on angiogram.
