摘要
目的了解银川市2型糖尿病患者的社会支持状况，并分析其与病程的关系。方法采用调查问卷的形式调查2型糖尿病患者的一般情况及社会支持状况。结果2型糖尿病患者的客观支持评分、支持利用度评分及社会支持总分均低于国内常模（P〈0．01）。与病程〈5年比较，病程5—10年、≥10年的客观支持评分及主观支持评分均降低（P〈0．05）。结论银川市2型糖尿病患者的社会支持状况相对较差；病程延长，社会支持状况下降。
Objective To explore the condition of social support of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Yinchuan city, and analyze the relation between social support and course of disease. Methods The general status and condition of social support of 299 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated by questionnaire. Resuits The score of objective support, the score of utilization of support and the total score were all lower than that of national norms （ P 〈0.01）. Comparing the course of disease 5-10 years, I〉 10 years with 〈 5 years,the score of objective support and the score of subjective support were all significantly decreased（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The condition of social support of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Yinchuan city was relatively worse. The course of disease was longer, the condition of social support was worse.
