摘要
实验研究了含铀四氯化碳废液蒸发过程对过滤器性能的影响及其蒸馏处理技术途径。实验结果表明:采用立式旋转蒸发器,控制温度90℃、转速40~50r/min,蒸馏完全,铀近100%滞留于蒸残液中;CCl4蒸发处理会降低滤料的过滤效率、增大滤料阻力,从而影响过滤器整体性能。
Distillation of waste tetrachloride containing uranium and effect of CCl4 on the filter in the process of evaporation were studied. Results showed that CCl4 was completely distilled at 90℃ in the vertical rotary evaporator at a speed of 40~50rpm, with uranium completely existing in the residue after distillation. It was found that CCl4 will reduce filtration efficiency and increase resistance in the process of evaporation.
