摘要
目的研究去势大鼠实行中等强度的运动以及运动与雌激素联合刺激对大鼠骨代谢以及大鼠骨密度影响。方法手术去除大鼠卵巢,制造骨质疏松模型,以运动和雌激素刺激,测定碱性磷酸酶、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶骨钙素以及与骨密度的关系。结果各项检测结果与预期结果相同,不同组别大鼠骨密度和生化指标变化明显。结论中等强度运动刺激和雌激素都可以改善骨质疏松的发生程度,对于骨质疏松症的预防、减缓及治疗有积极意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of individual or combined moderate intensity exercise and estrogen of ovarieetomized female rats and measure the changes of biochemical indicators which closely related to bone metabolism and the BMD of the rats. Methods The ovarian of rats were surgical removed and osteoporosis model were established and stimulated by exercise and estrogen. Results The results as the same with the expected, different groups of rat bone mineral density and biochemical indicators of changes were significant. Conclusion Moderate-intensity exercise and estrogen stimulation all can improve the degree of osteoporosis, and it is also usful for prevention of osteoporosis.
