摘要
目的探讨切开复位异型钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法对30例(30足)SandersⅡ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者采用外侧L型切口入路、开放复位、异型钢板内固定。部分Ⅲ、Ⅳ型骨折患者自体骨移植。结果30例均获随访,时间8～12个月,按Maryland Foot Score评价系统评价术后功能:优12足,良11足,可5足,差2足,优良率77.6%。结论切开复位异型钢板内固定对Ⅱ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折疗效肯定,部分Ⅲ、Ⅳ型骨折者疗效欠佳。
Objective To study the effect and method of open reduction and fixation with special-shaped plate for displaced intra-articular fractures of calcaneus. Methods Special-shaped plate were used in 30 case of calcaneal fractures according to Sander＇s classification Ⅱ-Ⅳ. Bone grafting were used in some type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ fractures. Results All cases were followed up for 8 - 12 months. According to the Maryland Foot Scores, the results were excellent in 12 eases, good in 11, fair in g, and poor in 2, and the excellent and good rate was 77. 6%. Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with special-shpaed plate is a good treatment method for displaced intra-articular caleaneal fractures. In some type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ fractures, the result is not so good.
