摘要
为了得到钢轨万能轧制过程中轨头的宽展规律,在计算宽展时引入了考虑轨腰和轨头压下率差异的变形协调系数和轧件材质影响系数,对Smirnov宽展公式进行了修正。为了验证修正后轨头的宽展模型,用刚塑性有限元软件DEFORM-3D对18kg/m普碳钢轻轨的万能轧制过程进行了数值模拟,并且在燕山大学轧钢实验室完成了18kg/m普碳钢轻轨的万能热轧实验,实测了采用不同轧制规程时轨头的宽展值。通过比较可知,修正后的轨头宽展模型具有比较高的精度,其计算结果比修正前的模型更接近于实测值。修正后的轨头宽展模型可以用于预测钢轨万能轧制过程宽展和合理制定轧制规程。
For obtaining the spread law of the head of rail in rail rolling by a universal mill, the deformation mechanism of rail rolling was studied thoroughly, and the deformation concordant coefficient and material's influence coefficient were applied in correcting the Smirnov spread formula. For verifying the theoretical model, the universal rolling process of 18kg/m light rail was simulated by rigid- plastic FEM. Moreover, the universal rolling experiments were accomplished in the Rolling Laboratory of Yanshan University and the spread values of the head of rail subject to different rolling technology were measured. Compared with the simulation results and the measured results, the corrected spread formula is accurate enough and its calculation results approaches the measuring results more than that of original spread formula. So, it is reliable and feasible to predict the spread of the head of rail in rail universal rolling and preset the rolling technology rationally according to this corrected spread formula.
