摘要 为了确定城市出租车服务站点的位置,将空驶出租车到达服务站点接受服务的过程看作是运营的一个中间过程,以到达、接受服务、离去3个过程时间和目的地交通小区的乘客需求量为主要影响因素,建立了出租车的服务站点选择函数,在此基础上以出租车到达服务站点的总行驶时间最短为目标,建立了约束型的优化选址模型.研究考虑了由于用地与服务站点的运营收益条件下的最大与最小容量限制.算例优化计算结果表明:不考虑容量限制时增加服务站点将提高系统的效益;而在容量限制条件下,服务站点的增加反而可能导致出租车的行驶时间增加或服务站点的不经济性.该研究结果有助于确定出租车服务站点的合理个数与选址布局. To determine the locations of urban taxi service lots, the process of accepting service is considered as an intermediate process of taxi business. Taking the time of driving to lots, accepting services, driving away and the passenger demand of the destination traffic zone as the major influence factors, a service lots choice model of taxis' drivers is given. Then, with the aim to minimize the total driving time of accepting services, the restraint location optimization model for taxi service lots is established. The research considers the maximal and the minimal scales limitation due to the operation profitability. The numerical example shows that, under the non-capacity-limitation, to in- crease the number of the service lots will improve the system benefit, but under the capacity-limitation, it may lead to the increase of taxi driving time and the diseconomy of service lots. The research results will help to plan the number and the location of the taxi service lots more reasonably.
