摘要
回顾我国发电企业信息化之路,已经走过近半个世纪的沧桑历程,发电企业独特的生产与经营方式决定了其信息化发展的模式,由于历史原因和发展的不均衡性,目前依然存在大大小小的"孤岛"。近两年,统一通信的呼声一浪高过一浪,已经成为IT界的热门话题,被权威专家称之为IT整合的最佳平台。统一通信理念的提出,为解决发电企业"信息孤岛"提供了契机。本文通过回顾发电企业信息化发展历程,分析存在的问题,提出了发电企业统一通信建设的原则和实施建议。
In review of the informatizational way of power generation enterprises in our country, it had gone through the course of nearly half a century of vicissitudes, the unique productive and marketing mode of power generation enterprises decided the mode of informatizational development, due to the historical reasons and the unbalanced nature of development, the large and small “Isolated Island”were still existed at present. The past two years, the voice of a unified communications wave were higher and higher, it has become the topic of general interest, the best platform for IT integration was called by the authoritative experts. The submitting of unified communication idea provides the opportunities to be solved for the “Information island” in power generation enterprises. This paper analyses the existed problems through the review of informatizational developed course in power generation enterprises, to suggest the principle and implementation proposals for the construction of unified communication in power generation enterprises.
