摘要
应用定性研究方法对不同职业群组妇女进行更年期症状影响因素的分析及保健需求探讨。结果发现，不同群组妇女对月经和更年期认识的不同文化观念和价值观，以及某些社会心理因素的综合影响如受教育程度、经济收入、对工作和生活的要求和满足程度、心理压力、社会尊重感等在一定程度上影响着妇女更年期症状的发生。
y the qualitative study,the effect factor and health requirement of the women divided into different occupational group were studied.The result showed that women climacteric symptom related to these factor.Such as,what they thought about menstruation and climacteric,different cultural concept and values,social psychological factor including level of education,economic income,requirement and satisfactory degree of work and life,psychological pressure.The climacteric women hope to receive more love and help from the department concerned.
