摘要
目的观察调和阴阳针刺法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法采用随机抽样法,将符合要求的患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。在常规用药的基础上,分别采用调和阴阳针刺法和常规针刺法,治疗3星期后评价其疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,两组的神经功能缺损积分改善程度无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组中达到正常肌张力的比例更高,而高肌张力比例则明显更低,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的针刺不良反应发生率较低。结论研究初步显示,针灸治疗急性脑梗死是安全可行的;调和阴阳针刺法能较好地调节患者的肌张力。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of yin-yang harmonizing acupuncture method in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods A random sampling method was used. Patients meeting the requirement was divided into two groups, 30 cases each. They were treated by yin-yang harmonizing acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method, respectively, on the basis of routine medication. Their therapeutic effects and safeties were evaluated after 3 weeks＇ treatment. Results There was no significant post-treatment difference in the improvement in neural deficit score between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The proportion of recovery of normal muscular tension was higher and the proportion of high muscular tension was significantly lower in the treatment group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The rate of adverse reactions to acupuncture was lower in both groups. Conclusion The study preliminarily shows that acupuncture treatment for acute cerebral infarction is safe and practicable. Yin-yang harmonizing acupuncture method can better regulate the patients＇ muscular tension
