摘要
讨论了在信息环境变革中的高校图书馆文献资源建设面临的挑战,并在此基础上,提出了转变高校图书馆文献资源建设观念、制定创新规划和提升文献资源保障能力等应对策略。
The paper discusses the challenges the university libraries are confronted with in the document resources construction in the changing information environment, and based on this, brings forward the countermeasures such as changing the ideas in the construction of the document resources in university libraries, formulating innovative programs and increasing the document resources guarantee capability.
