application of 1-wire digital temperature sensor DS18B20 in Multi-temperature Measurement System has been introduced in the paper, including characteristics, structure and princle of DS18B20, Mean- while, the hardware interface and the software design are given between 89C2051and DS18B20 in Multi-temperature Measurement System. Compared with the traditional temperature control devices,this system has the characters of simpler structure, higher precision and wider application.
