摘要
文章用计算机模拟在管内流体流动的弹簧插入物传热和流动阻力问题,通过二维椭圆方程的数值计算预测流体阻力和传热特性,并根据预测的结果讨论雷诺数和弹簧的线径、螺距对流体摩擦系数和换热系数的影响,为进一步实验确定操作范围和实验条件,对于工业应用具有一定的指导意义。
The problems of heat transfer and pressure drop in-tube with spring coil insert using numerical simulation are described in this paper. The characteristic of heat transfer and pressure drop was simulated to be predicated using planar elliptical equation. The renumber,the dinner of spring coil and twist pitch were discussed with the predicted results and effected the heat transfer coefficient and pressure factor. It was an effective method to improve experimental operation and design practices for indastrial application.
