摘要
目的：探讨综合疗法治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎的作用机理及临床疗效。方法：将90例常年性鼻炎患者随机分为3组，分别采用中药＋局部治疗＋灸疗（1组）、西药＋局部治疗＋灸疗（2组）、局部治疗＋灸疗（3组），观察3组治疗前后症状与实验室指标变化。结果：近期疗效（治疗结束后1周内）1组总有效率为70％，2组为73％，3组为40％；中期疗效（疗程结束后4～5周内）1组总有效率为60％，2组为30％，3组为23．3％，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：中药配合局部治疗加灸疗的综合疗法对常年性变应性鼻炎具有较好疗效。
Objective： To discuss the mechanism of action and clinical effect on perennial allergic rhinitis treated with combining therapy. Method： 90 cases randomly divided into three groups. Cases in the first group were treated by Chinese medicine combined local treatment and moxibustion, cases in the second group were treated by western medicine combined local treatment and moxibustion, cases in the third group were treated by local treatment and moxibustion. The Changes of laboratory index were observed in three groups. Results： The total recent effective rate （one week after treatment） was 70% in the first group, 73% in the second group and 40% in the third group. The total medium effective rate （4 -5 weeks after treatment） was60% in the first group, 30% in the second group and 23.3% in the third group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of Chinese medicine combined local treatment and moxibustion had preferable effect for treating perennial allergic rhinitis.
