摘要
[目的]探讨六味安消胶囊治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果。[方法]选择120例老年功能性便秘患者,随机分为两组,治疗组服用六味安消胶囊;对照组服用福松,两组疗程均为4周,对两组疗效进行比较。[结果]经过1个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]六味安消胶囊治疗老年功能性便秘疗效满意。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Liuwei Anxiao Capsule on senile functional constipation. [Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into treatment group（Liuwei Anxiao Capsule） and control group（Fusong）, both treated for 4 weeks, compare their cure effects. [Result] After 1 course, the treatment group had total effective rate 93.3%, 80% for the control one, the first was better than the latter with marked difference（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Liuwei Anxiao Capsule has satisfying cure effect on senile functional constipation.
