摘要
本文采用Ames 试验、小鼠微核试验及精子畸形试验等方法,对二氯异氰尿酸钠进行了致突变、致畸研究。3种方法的结果均显示出该药无致突变作用和致畸作用。
An investigation of effect of sodium dichloroisocynurate on mutation and deformed
action was performed by the methods of Ames.The mocronucleus test and the
mouse-sperm-morphology assay.It's suggested that the drug is mutabless and defor-
meless.
