摘要
本文通过对青海医学院及附属医院的科技人员的构成、人员的流动、科技活动状况三个方面的分析,认为青海医学院及其附属医院的科技人员的素质是比较好的,在青海的医学教育、医疗卫生保健和科技活动等方面都是一支不容忽视的队伍,对青海的四化建设做出了应有的贡献。充分调动他们的积极性,进一步发挥其作用,将对青海医药卫生事业的发展以及参与其它科技活动至关重要。进而结合统计分析指出了目前存在的问题,并就解决这些问题进行了一些有益的探讨。
Summary The authors analysed the present situation of omposition.reseach activit- ies,and transfer of scie- ntific research presonnel in Qinghai Medical College and Attached Hospital,and believed that the personnel are well qualified,not to beignored in terms of me- dical education,health prot- ection,Scientific research effores in Qinghai.thus it is of extreme important to arouse their enthusiasm and give full play to the- ir professional knowledge or skills,Abased on statistical results,the authors raise some present problems and discuss how to solve them in the future
