摘要
1995年6月，九江医专借鉴国外经验结合我国国情，设计了临床技能毕业综合多站考试，并顺利实施。考试设置A、B、C三个考区，其中A区和B区各有6个标准化病人考站，C区为6个操作技能考站，每名考生在4小时内必须通过A＋C或B＋C两个考区12个考站的临床技能综合测试。临床技能综合多站考试法能科学客观、公正可靠、精确一致地量化考生的临床技能水平，可直接进行比较。标准化病人考站克服了病例难易度等变量因素的影响。操作技能考站能检测毕业生临床实际动手能力和处理问题的能力。
In June,1995,Jiujiang Medical College,in the light of experiences from abraod and in accordence with China's circumstances,conceived a design of comprehensive and multi-station examination as graduation examination of clinical skills,and had a successful implementation.For the whole examination 3 sections(A,B,and C)were designed.Section A and Section B provided with 6 test stations of standardized patients respecively,section C with 6 examinations for skills of operation.Each examine ought to pass 12 examinations in sections A and C or in sections B and C within four hours.
