摘要
观察中国足球临场裁判存在的问题，提出中国足球裁判水平的提高应注重职业道德、身体素质、业务素质、执法艺术性的提高．
The essay observes the existing problem of the on-the-spot referee of chinase football. The authors point out any referee who wants to raise his occupational level should improve his professional ethics,physical quality,vocational quality and artistic quality to enforce the regulation.
