摘要
对不锈钢焊管酸洗罐增加铁离子排放设施,改造酸洗系统的循环泵的结构,增加了清水冲洗及排残酸的管路,减少了泵阀机械损坏,以及部分部件的国产化替代,提高了整个系统的使用寿命。
By mesns of adding iron particle drain facility to the stainless steel welded pipe pickling tank, reformaing the circulation pump's struction of the pickling systrem, and adding pipe lines used for clear water washing and remanent acid draining, the pump valves' mechanical damage will be reduced partial assemblies will be replaced with domestil products, and the whole system's service life will be improved.
