摘要
草场是牧区赖以生存的生产资料,加强民族地区草场管理是促进畜牧业经济增长的突破口。为此本文在论述民族地区草场管理制度演进过程的基础上,阐述了草场管理制度的内容以及畜牧业经济增长与草场管理制度创新的关系。
The meadow is a depending means of production in the pastural regions and furthering the pastural management is the breach to improving the economic growth of the animal husbandry.Hence,in addtion to the stating of the chronological development of its management system,the present paper delves the content of the pastural management institution and the relationship between the economic growth of the animal husbandry and the innovation of the pastural management.
