摘要
通过对施用化肥、化肥+饼肥、化肥+腐殖酸3种不同类型肥料条件下烤烟叶片组织结构特征的研究,发现饼肥和腐殖酸与化肥配合施用能够提高烤烟中、下部叶片栅栏组织厚度,降低叶片孔隙度,增加叶肉细胞密度,使下部叶片在解剖结构上更接近于中部叶特征;饼肥和腐殖酸与化肥配合施用能够降低烤烟上部叶片厚度,提高细胞组织孔隙度,使整个植株在叶片厚度、组织疏密程度上较为适宜,且内含物充实,烟叶的耐熟性强、落黄好,成熟度高,烤后烟叶品质优于单施化肥处理。
Effects of three different fertilizers-chemical fertilizer,chemical fertilizer mixed with sesame cake fertilizer and chemical fertilizer mixed with humic acid-on leaf structure of flue-cured tobacco were studied,and the results showed:(1)sesame cake fertilizer and humic acid mixed with chemical fertilizer improved the palisad tissue thickness of lugs, deduced the porosity of leaves;increased the cell density of mesophyll,and made the anatomy characters of lower leaves more close to the middle leaves.(2)sesame cake fertilizer could deduce the thickness of upper leaves improve the thickness of upper leaves improve thr perosity of cell tissue,and make the leaves more proper in thickness,density and contents of mesophylltissue.As a result,tobacco had high endurance to maturity,good burning-up and mellow.The tobacco qulity after flue cured was better than the one just applied chemical fretilizer.The auther belived,humic acid which has rich resource as a raw material of combined tobacco fertilizer,is worth popularizing and applying
