摘要
环境与社会经济的协调发展是可持续发展的基本要求，建立合适的可持续发展判别模式有利于准确判别某一发展态势的可持续性，有利于正确实施可持续发展的长远战略。本文在可持续发展内涵分析的基础上，建立了描述环境与社会经济发展的二个图谱，提出了定量描述可持续发展模式的协调系数及发展周期二个指数，并对我国近１０年来的发展模式进行了分析。结果表明，８０年代以来，我国大多数年份未能保持环境与经济的协调发展，特别是９０年代以来，环境未能得到相应改善。
The coordination of environmental and socio-economic development is a basic requirements of sustainable development. The establishment of suitable models of sustainablity evaluation will be helpful for the correct evaluation of the sustainability of specific development and the long-term decision making of the implementation of sustainable development strategy. Based on thorough theoretical basis, the paper establishes two frameworks of environmental and socio-economic development. Two indices, that is, the development period and coordination coefficient between environmental and socio-economic dimensions, are put forward to quantitatively evaluate the sustainability. These frameworks and indices are used in the analysis of the sustainability in China in the past 13 years. The results indicate that the socio-economic development and environmental protection are not coordinative in most years since 1980s. Since 1990s, the environmental quality has not been improved, though generally the socio-economicenvironmental quality is increasing. The fluctuation of environmental quality will affect the realization of the long-term objective of socio-economic development and environmental protection in China.
