摘要
社会主义政治文明具有自身的特点,即以法治为取向的政治理念,以改革为动力的政治制度建设,以参与和监督为机制的政治行为方式以及以人类文明成果为借鉴、符合中国国情的政治文明模式。建设社会主义政治文明既要把坚持党的领导、发扬人民民主和依法办事结合起来,也要把政治文明建设与物质文明建设和精神文明建设统一起来,使之协调发展。
Socialism political civilization has self-character. It is political notion that takes law-rale as the orientation. It is building political system that takes innovation as the power. It is a way of political action as the subject matter and it is Chinese national condition s mode of political civilization that takes human civilized achievement as reference material. We build socialism political civilization combining insisting on the leader of CP with enhancing the people' s democracy with performing work according to law. And integrating political civilization construction with material civilization construction and spiritual civilization construction, we must develop them in harmony.
