摘要
对传统的临床病案讨论模式进行改进,创新出由学生主持、教师以评委身份参与的临床病案讨论竞赛教学新形式。从96级临床医学专业学生开始,至今已连续在四届学生中应用。这种全年级学生参与,以小班为单位,以竞赛方式进行的病案讨论教学形式,得到94.39%学生的喜爱。可促进学生扩大知识视野,提高临床诊断思维能力,提高学生的组织和表达能力,有利于培养学生的团队精神和集体荣誉感,有利于学生综合素质的提高。同时,这种教学形式还有利于促进教师业务水平的提高。
The traditional case discussion was improved by an innovative compitition in which students' and teachers' role changed to student chairing and teachers participating as committee member.This new teaching approach was started among Grade 96 clinical students,and it went on for 4 years,as it was popular with students(94.39%of students like it).Our practice indicates that this new approach has positive influence to enlarge students' perspectives,enhance their clinical thingking and ability of organization and expression,as well as cultivate students' team spirit and sense of honor of being in a group.Meanwhile, this approach benefits much to promote teachers' competence.
