摘要
20世纪80年代以来,在经济全球化和新科技革命的影响下,英国工党围绕着扩大党员的权利、削弱工会等党内团体的影响、加强中央领导层的权威和党的团结统一这一主线,在党员队伍结构、党内选举和决策机制、竞选运动组织方式等方面进行了重大调整和改革。英国工党的组织变革对改变党的形象,提高党的凝聚力和感召力起了重要作用。本文主要就工党的组织变革情况作一些介绍和分析,以便从一个侧面了解西欧社会党在变化了的社会条件下是如何提高党的执政能力的。
Since the 1980s,with the development of the economic globalization and the revolution of information technology,The British Labor Party have carried out some major adjustments on composition of party member,inner-party elections,decision-making mechanisms and the way of campaign organizations.The reforms focus on expanding of the rights of party members,weakening the party organizations,strengthening the leadership of the party' s authority and the unity of the party.The organizational changes of The British Labor Party have taken effect on changing the party's image,improving the party's cohesion.
