摘要
从体育教育专业学生能力发展现状及知识、能力、素质的内在发展研究,以寻求体育教育专业学生能力发展的途径。对现阶段体育教育专业毕业生培养质量和就业市场对本专业的要求进行调查,对存在的问题进行全面的分析。在转变专业发展理念和专业教育理念的基础上提出构建课堂教学、第二课堂活动、社会实践和科研训练相互协同、渗透与融合的"四结合"人才培养新模式,并在保障措施方面对教学管理、教学改革和科学研究提出一些建议,以期为体育教育专业的教育工作提供一些有益的借鉴,推动体育教育专业学生能力的发展。
This paper studies the development status of physical education majors＇ ability and the inherent development of their knowledge, ability and qualities. It searches for the ways to develop the ability of physical education majors. It provides the ability cultivation mode of ＂ four combinations＂ and puts forward some suggestions on teaching reform, teaching management and scientific research.
