摘要
上海银冠大厦深基坑工程为饱和软土地基.采用38m深地下连续墙,既作为基坑围护挡上结构,又作为地下室外承重墙。采用新型预制混凝土锁口柱槽段接头形式,在接头外侧高压喷射注浆形成防水帷幕,使用超声波测偏仪控制墙面垂直度。基坑开挖后显示,墙体强度、位移偏差在正常允许范围。
The deep foundation pit project of the Shanghai Yin Gusn Mansion has been located on the saturated soft soilfoundation bed.The 38m deep undergroun dslurry concrete wall has been adopted as not only the retaining wall of its foundation pit , but also the bearing wall of its basement . In this project, there are constructiom listed as follows: 1,new typeprecast-proof concrete column to lock up the connection joints 2, applying high pressure grouting on the joints' external sideto form a waterproof curtain and 3 application of supersonic wave rectifier to control wall's verticality . Foundation pit excawation has clearly indicated that strength of wall and deterioration of displacement are all within the normal allowable limitations.
