慢性荨麻疹55例及皮肤划痕症102例幽门螺杆菌抗体检测结果分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染在慢性荨麻疹和皮肤划痕症发病中的作用。方法对55例慢性荨麻疹及102例皮肤划痕症患者进行幽门螺杆菌抗体(HP-Ab)检测,并与50例正常对照者进行比较。结果慢性荨麻疹患者HP-Ab阳性率为45.45%,皮肤划痕症患者为62.74%,正常人对照组为44.00%。慢性荨麻疹患者HP-Ab阳性率与正常人对照组阳性率相接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而皮肤划痕症患者HP-Ab阳性率略高于慢性荨麻疹和正常人对照组。结论慢性荨麻疹和HP感染关系不十分密切,与皮肤划痕症感染可能有一定的关联。
