华西不锈钢棒材线自动化系统的开发应用

摘要 为了扩大钢铁产能、提高经济效益,决定新上一条不锈钢棒材生产线,并为其配套国内先进水平的自动化系统。鉴于棒材生产线采用粗轧机为往返式、精轧机为平/立交替式的轧制工艺,属于国内较先进水平。为了提高产品的质量,相应开发了速度级联、微张控制、轧线速度设定自适应,动态速降补偿等诸多功能,并在统一的控制平台上实现了集成自动化。投产以来,系统稳定可靠,系统的各项指标满足生产工艺的要求,达到设计标准,取得了较好的经济效益。 To expand steel production capacity and improve economic efficiency,decided on a new stainless steel bar production line. And an automation system of advanced level is provided.View of the bar line with reciprocating roughing mill,a/v alternating finishing mill for rolling process,belongs to a more advanced level.To improve product quality,a speed cascade,micro - tension control,rolling speed setting adaptive,dynamic downhill compensation and many other functions are accordingly developed,and integrated automation is realized in a unified control of platform.Since starting production,the system is stable and reliable system of indicators to meet the process requirements,to satisfy the design standards,and to achieve good economic results.
