摘要
通过测定熔渣升温过程中的DSC曲线,观察升温过程中发生的熔化相变温度以及熔化热焓,研究了CaO和SiO2含量对CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO熔渣熔化性能的影响.结果表明,随着SiO2含量的增加,熔化过程的吸热峰向高温端偏移;在1120~1160℃范围内,存在一个由于Ca2SiO4的晶型转变而产生的明显的放热峰;相同SiO2含量下,随着CaO含量的增加,熔化温度降低,熔化温度和熔化热焓增大;相同CaO含量下,随着SiO2含量的增加,熔渣熔化温度升高,熔化区间增大.建立了熔渣熔化温度与熔渣碱度(X1),MgO含量(X2)和Al2O3含量(X3)的关系式:Τonset=1412.84-286.423X1+47.732X2+7.107X3+1.390X1X2+4.028X1X3-1.060X2X3+17.110X12+0.290X22-0.135X32,Τend=1459.212-299.011X1+44.968X2+3.647X3+3.264X1X2+5.621X1X3-0.243X2X3+9.338X12+0.522X22-0.275X32.
The melting temperature and melting enthalpy of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO slag were investigated by a DSC thermal analyzer to explore the influence of CaO and SiO2 content on melting properties of slag.The results showed that with the increase of SiO2 content,the endothermic peak of melting process shifted to the high-temperature side.In the temperature range of 1120~1160℃,there existed an obvious exothermic peak because of the crystalline transformation of Ca2SiO4.When the content of SiO2 was constant,the melting temperature decreased with the increase of CaO content,the melting range and the melting enthalpy increased with the content of CaO increasing.When the content of CaO was constant,the melting temperature of slag increased with the increase of SiO2 content,and so did the melting range.The relationships between the melting temperature and CaO/SiO2(X1),MgO content(X2) and Al2O3 content(X3) were developed as follows:Tonset=1412.84-286.423X1+47.732X2+7.107X3+1.390X1X2+4.028X1X3-1.060X2X3+17.110X12+0.290X22-0.135X32,Tend=1459.21-299.011X1+44.968X2+3.647X3+3.264X1X2+5.621X1X3-0.243X2X3+9.338X12+0.522X22-0.275X32.
