摘要
当前,高职教育肩负着服务经济社会发展方式转变和现代产业结构转型升级的时代责任。国家骨干高职院校建设将校企合作体制机制建设列为重点建设内容,既体现了政府推动行业、企业加强与高职院校合作发展的"杠杆效应",又为高职院校的未来发展指明了方向。本文在对12所铁路、交通类骨干校校企合作体制机制建设实证分析的基础上,尝试构建政校行企四方联动模式下校企合作的长效机制模型,并提出相应的战略思考。
At present,higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility of serving the economic and social development and the transformation of the pattern of the modern industrial structure.The construction of school-enterprise cooperation system is very important for national core higher vocational education.It not only embodies the government to promote cooperation among industry,enterprises and vocational colleges,but also points out the direction of future development for higher vocational colleges.In this paper,an empirical analysis is based on 12 national core higher vocational education of railway and traffic,trying to construct a School-enterprise Cooperation Mechanism Model based on Government,College,Industry and Enterprise,and putting forward the corresponding strategic thinking.
