摘要
从分析望奎县土地利用现状结构特征及存在问题入手,结合该县社会经济发展要求和有关规划控制指标,利用灰色线性规划模型求解出2015年分别在高、中、低经济效益目标情况下的土地利用结构优化方案。从综合效益及可行性两方面考虑,用层次分析法选择出未来望奎县最优土地利用决策方案,建成较好的土地利用生态经济系统,力求合理配置土地利用结构,最大限度地发挥土地利用的生态、经济和社会效益,实现土地资源可持续利用。
Based on the analysis of land use structure and features as well as the problems in land use of Wangkui County, Heilongjiang Province, combining with socio-economic development of the county and the controlled indexes, this paper applies gray linear model to study the optimized allocation of land use structure of the county, achieving three different optimized programs under different economic benefit in 2015. Considering comprehensive benefits and feasibility, a best land use program will be selected with the analytic hierarchy process so as to reasonably allocate land use of the county, maximize ecological, economic and social benefits of land use, and realize sustainable use of land resources in Wangkui County.
