摘要
高技术虚拟企业协商决策模式是处理成员间合作冲突,提高联盟运行绩效的前提和基础。在探讨协商决策组织形式的基础上,基于合作冲突的表现形态和特性,分析了协商模式动态选择的方法,建立了模式问题处理能力的评价模型,并提出了协商组织变更的转换关系与制度关联。
Negotiation and Decision Pattern is the precondition and elements for solving members＇ cooperation conflict and enhancing coalition process performance of High-tech Virtual Enterprise. Based on negotiation and decision form, the paper analyses the method of pattern dynamic selection from conflict representing configuration and characteristic, establishes pattern evaluation model of problem solving capability, and then provides the conversion connection and governance association by negotiation form alteration.
