摘要
以三相6/4结构开关磁阻电动机为研究对象,采用磁路分析方法确定了电机的主要结构和尺寸,对电动机的静态特性进行了详细地分析与计算。研究了电机最大电感位置和最小电感位置的磁化曲线,并在此基础上建立了电机二维数值分析的数学模型,采用有限元方法核算了电机的电磁特性,并研究了电机定转子不同相对位置处的磁链和转矩特性。得出一些有益的结论,对开关磁阻电机的设计与分析提供参考。
Taking a three-phase 6/4 pole switched reluctance motor as research object, main structure and sizes of the motor are determined by magnetic-circuit analysis method. The static characteristics of the motor is calculated and analyzed in detail. Then, the magnetization curves of the motor at the positions with maximum and minimum inductances are studied. Based on these works, the mathematical model of two- dimensional numerical analysis is established and electromagnetic features are checked by finite-element method. The flux linkage and torque characteristics of motor are researched at different relative positions between stator and rotor. Some useful conclusions are obtained, they are benefit to the design and analysis for the motors.
