摘要
采用试验研究的方法研究了流体力学不稳定性对强化换热的影响.水流经Helmholtz共振腔时被转变为脉动流体,脉动的水经单管换热器时被加热,测量不同条件下加装共振腔和不加共振腔时的换热系数.研究发现.加装了Helmholtz共振腔时换热系数明显提高10%-40%.
The investigation of the influence of fluid dynamic instability on heat transfer enhancement is devoted. Experiment was performed to test the effect. A self - oscillator was designed by which the continuous flow of the fluid was successfully transferred into pulsating flow. The performance of the oscillator was systematically examined. The pulsating flowing water passes through a single pipe heated electrically. The heat transfer coefficients were measured under different conditions. A remarkable enhancement of heat transfer was observed when the oscillator was installed. Experiments show that the heat transfer coefficient can increase 10% -40% comparing with the normal case when the oscillator was removed.
