摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病合并白内障患者行手术治疗的血糖观察及护理。方法:对43例糖尿病合并白内障患者做好术前准备和心理护理,术后密切观察病情变化,预防并发症。结果:43例患者术中、术后均配合良好,并发症发生率低,手术效果满意。结论:糖尿病患者只要有效控制血糖,行白内障手术是安全的,但术后血糖的控制十分重要。
Objective： To discuss the observation and nursing undergoing surgery of patients with diabetes combined with cataract. Methods： Preoperative preparation and mental nursing were performed to 43 patients with diabetes combined with cataract, and the postoperative pathogenic condition change was closely observed to prevent complications. Results： The technique coordinates of 43 patients before and after surgery were good, the complication formation rate was low, the surgery effect was satisfactory. Conclusion： So long as the blood sugar is effectively controlled, the cataract surgery is safe, but the postoperative blood sugar control is extremely important.
