摘要
目的为有效提高建筑企业核心竞争力及建设项目的整体绩效,建立建筑供应链绩效评价模型.方法采用建立建筑供应链成熟度的概念模型,在该模型的基础上研究建筑供应链绩效评价方法,并通过案例分析验证所提方法的可行性.结果建筑供应链成熟度模型包括初始级、基本级、外部整合级、协作级和优化级5个等级,给出了每一级对应的建筑供应链企业管理能力状态.建立了建筑供应链绩效平分卡、差距分析和提出改进方案与实施3个步骤的建筑供应链绩效评价方法.结论为实施科学合理的建筑供应链绩效评价提供了一种新的方法和理论依据.
Application of supply chain management to the construction industry is the effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of construction companies, increase the construction performance, and reduce construction cost. Performance measurement(PM) of construction supply chain(CSC) is one of the critical success factors to implement supply chain management to the construction industry. Based on the establishment of CSC maturity model (CSCMM), which includes five levels:initial level, basic level, integration level, collaboration level and optimization level, the PM approach is presented, which includes three steps:the establishment of supply chain performance card, performance gap analysis, and searching improved solution and implementation. A case study is carded out based on the PM method. The PM method based on CSCMM provides an innovative solution and scientific reference for measuring the performance of CSC.
