摘要
目的探讨体验式教学法在提高护生舒适护理实践能力中的应用效果。方法将83名护生按班级分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规教学法;实验组采用体验式教学法,其教学过程经历设想体验、情景体验、反思体验、升华体验等4个不同体验阶段。结果舒适护理操作技能测试比较,实验组成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生对该教学法主观满意度高。结论体验式教学法有利于提高护生舒适护理实践能力。
Objective To explore the effects of experience-based teaching in improving nursing students'practical skills of comfort care. Methods Eighty-three nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by classes. Routine teaching method and experience-based teaching were adopted in the control group and experimental group, respectively. The whole teaching process of the experimental group was comprised of four stages:imagination experiencing,situation experiencing, reflection experiencing and sublimation experiencing. Results Nursing students in the experimental group achieved significant higher scores in the practical skill test of comfort care than that in the control group( P〈0.05). And students had higher satisfaction level about experience-based teaching in experimental group. Conclusion Experience-based teaching is beneficial for the enhancement of nursing students' practical skill of comfort care,
